Randy Oickle is the President and Broker of Record of Innovation Realty Ltd. In addition to being a Broker, Randy is also a lawyer, called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1992. For 5 years between 1997 to early 2003, Randy worked for the Inspections & Investigations Department of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), assisting brokerages throughout Eastern Ontario with compliance with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act. Randy also served as a Director on the RECO Board of Directors from 2006 - 2009. In 2012, Randy was elected to the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) Board of Directors and served as President of the Board in 2014. Randy has served on numerous industry committees and task forces throughout his real estate career. Randy continues to volunteer time to organized real estate associations.

Prior to launching Innovation Realty Ltd., Randy was a manager for what then became the largest independent brokerage in Ottawa from 2003 until the end of 2017. At his departure, Randy was Vice President, General Manager & Corporate Counsel for this brokerage, which grew from 135 salespeople in 2003 to a peak of 585 salespeople in 2017.
